Focus on how you would like the relationship to be, and imagine you are talking to the other person. Then fill out the boxes in the matrix starting with “What I would like to bring to this relationship”, then “What I will try not to bring to this relationship’, then ‘What I would like you to bring …”, and then “What I would prefer you not to bring …”.
Allow yourself to explore your ideal for this relationship.
