The purpose of my work is to support the development of a “fearless culture” at all levels, in which a person’s potential is liberated for the benefit of themselves, their family, their team and their organisation/community.

The contents and programmes of this website are the result of my 25 years in industry followed by over 15 years’ activity as a Speaker, Writer, Facilitator, Performance Coach, and Leadership, Organisational and Cultural Development Coach around the world.

Its purpose, like that of my work, is to support the development of a “fearless culture” at all levels, in which a person’s potential is liberated for the benefit of themselves, their family, their team and their organisation/community.

On the basis of self-mastery, you can overcome the blocks and challenges you’ve gathered along the way, increasing levels of trust and cooperation, communication and openness, engagement and empowerment, creativity and innovation. This leads to increases in performance and productivity, however they may be measured, from yourself through to your team and organisation. I help to remove the fears on which limitations are based, liberating human potential and enabling reconnection with a deeper sense of meaning and purpose, both professional and personal. All this is done through the innovative and experiential use of tools, techniques and models from a broad range of psychological disciplines, mindfulness /presencing techniques, sports performance psychology, neurophysiology, deep relaxation, NLP and leadership performance coaching.

career

Prior to becoming a leadership performance coach, facilitator, speaker and consultant, I enjoyed a successful 25-year career in the pharmaceutical industry in which I gained extensive international, cross cultural and cross functional experience in senior commercial positions.

My experience in both blue-chip and start-up companies provides me with an extensive experiential framework on which I am able to ground my leadership coaching development work. This ensures practical effectiveness and relevance backed up by extensive developmental theory and modeling.

Since 2004, I have been delivering Leadership Performance Coaching internationally at senior levels – Chairman, CEO, Managing Director, Vice President and Director functions – throughout the world across all business sectors at the individual, team and organisational levels. Current and recent clients include the United Nations, Allergan, Glaxo SmithKline, Panasonic Avionics, Colt Technology Services, Sphere Medical, Jing Tea, E’OC Engineers, GW Pharmaceuticals, Cambridge Enterprise, Aqdot, Novartis, Arup.

I am co-founder of Extraordinary Leadership (for organisational work) and LeadNow! (leadership development for young adults). 

I also co-founded the “Extraordinary Leadership Journey”, which takes clients to work in Kenya, South Africa and India, and “WellBoring”, a charity which provides sustainable water solutions for African communities. 

I recently founded the online programme ‘The Fearless Culture’ (individual online self-development coaching).

I am co-founder of Extraordinary Leadership (for organisational work) and LeadNow! (leadership development for young adults).
